You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies.

 

This role is focused on supporting external stakeholders in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

What your day will look like
  • Shall be reporting to Philippines Treaty Senior Director
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Responsible for managing the various events held locally like client training, market seminar and annual market cocktail event.
  • Work closely with local account team members for budgeting client entertainment and expense.
  • Set up, coordinate meetings for international conference specifically for EAIC and SIRC
  • Take on Operational tasks as identified by team leaders
  • Responsible for seeking compliance approval for entertainment or as required
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems which may not be limited to renewal and tenders
  • Any other additional activities allocated by the company from time to time
