      • Sourcing and Recruitment

        1. Source applicants through employee referrals and job posting sites

        2. Communicate with the Team Leaders and Managers of Amaia Land Corp. to determine their manpower needs

        3. Interview applicants either face-to-face or via voice or video call

        4. Endorse qualified applicants to the Team Leader and/or Manager

        Onboarding

        1. Prepare the Job Offer of successful applicants

        2. Extend the Job Offer once it has been approved

        3. Provide the list of requirements

        4. Send a Candidate Endorsement to Recruitment Consultant

        5. Send a New Hire Prompt to the new employee’s Team Leader and Manager

        6. Orient new employees on their first day and give them a soft copy of the HR forms they are going to use

        Employee Relations

        1. Answer and resolve all the inquiries and concerns of every employee

        2. Give verbal warning and counsel to employees who violate any of the company’s policies

        3. Collaborate with RC whenever there are serious cases that involve a BT employee

        Offboarding

        1. Instruct all resignees about the offboarding process and the things that they need to submit and surrender

        2. Conduct exit interviews

        3. Ensure that the Clearance of every resigned employee is signed by their immediate superior and Amaia’s Finance Department

        4. Forward the signed Clearance to RC

        5. Update the resigned employees about the status of their last pay

        Others

        1. Regularly update important files such as the BT Roster, Headcount Monitoring, and List of Vaccinated BT Employees

        2. Create a group of all BT employees in MS Outlook and regularly update it

        3. Make important announcements through the created group in MS Outlook to keep the employees updated of all the necessary information

        4. Distribute the payslips through email every after payout

        5. Create Incident Reports when the situation demands it

        6. Organize and facilitate company activities whenever necessary

        7. Participate in the company activities of Amaia Land Corp.

        8. Help the Admin Assistant ensure that all the employee’s Time Sheets are submitted on time

        9. Oversee the annual Performance Appraisal of BT employees

        Job Type: Full-time

        Pay: Php20,000.00 – Php23,000.00 per month

        Schedule:

        • 8 hour shift

        Supplemental Pay:

        • 13th month salary

        Education:

        • Bachelor’s (Required)

        Experience:

        • HR Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
