Job Description

The employee will ensure that the clients receive the delivery of the sales solution on time. The Employee will also handle import and export activities to transfer and coordinate the movement of materials intra-company to fulfill client need. Furthermore, the Employee is responsible for appropriate invoicing and follow-ups. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Order processing and Billing:

  • To ensure accurate invoicing to local customer in line with contractual agreements and as well as the intercompany invoicing; and
  • resolve the disputes/credit requests arising from the project period together with CCM, sales and customer
  • To ensure the sending of invoices to the customer within 3 days from the delivery or pick-up of materials from the yard.
  • Actively communication with CCM on the credit status of customer especially delivery blocking due to credit validity expiration, insufficient credit limit and overdue invoices.
  • Place orders / quotes to Discos in line with official work instruction and ensure timely update and communication to logistics

Material and order management:

  • To monitor all material movements and solve any problems arising from disputes on the project
  • To flag material shortfall for project deliveries to Head of Operations or to Logistics
  • To input and update material reservations and orders in ERP system & working closely with sales
  • To timely update planned returns and buy-backs in collaboration with sales department
  • To ensure accurate and correct processing in ERP software

Logistics support

  • To support logistics on booking of import and export of material
  • To procure, if needed, booking of trucking to the customer’s site
  • To ensure accurate and correct posting of costing
  • negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, truckers and brokers
  • To support the submission of compliance report to the government agencies.

 


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a CMO Coordinator
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attributes and Motivation

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
  • You have a well-developed analytical skills
  • You have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • You are proactive, highly self motivated, and has high level of integrity
