The Account Management Lead is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of enthusiastic Account Managers, while also maintaining their own Account Manager responsibilities. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business stakeholders, respond to client queries, requests, and complaints, and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.

This role will be based in our BGC office in Manila but will work in US Time Zone. Ideal Candidate will report to the Country Head in Manila in the interim and eventually with Director of US Operations in Manila.

Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call centre associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organisation policy and applicable legal requirements.

Ensure service delivered to our clients meets Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations including daily tracking, monitoring, and reporting as well as creating coaching and actions for team members performance improvement.

Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved

Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment

Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates

Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated client calls as needed

Conduct daily huddles and regular team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 2+ years of customer service, sales or similar contact centre role experience preferably in the US Market.

Has Team leading / supervisory experience.

Amenable to work onsite (BGC) and work within US Time Zones

Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services as well as dealing with queries, requests, complaints, and doubts over multiple channels (phone or email, eventually maybe even live chat).

Previous experience in the finance industry in operational, documentation or settlement roles would be advantageous but is not essential

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work autonomously on tasks without supervision

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Ability to proficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to solve complex tasks and be prepared to take the initiative to achieve team goals
