• • Overview:
    • The position is responsible in operation, maintenance and monitoring CCTV System.
    • Recording and reporting incidents, maintaining a high-level of security, confidentiality of the recordings and safety standards throughout the tour of duty.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Shall closely monitor areas covered with CCTV and alert the nearest guard for any unusual observation
    • Assist the authorized persons in reviewing CCTV event records in pursuit of an investigation
    • Ensure DVR’s are recording properly and maintain 100% of surveillance cameras are working upon assumption of duty. Any deviation should be reported to the Security Manager
    • Collaborate with the Security team or other concerned departments to report and investigate all activities defined for follow up as well as any suspicious or unusual activities
    • Report immediately any noted malfunctioning equipment to the duty CCTV supervisor and communicate the same to the supplier or contractor
    • Identify and report all occurrences, security breaches and safety concerns are fully covered and recorded
    • Ensure that only authorized personnel only are allowed to view and review any recording past or present unless approved by the Security Management
    • Keep all recordings, investigations, and related information confidential, only communicating with the pre-approved members of Management or individuals specifically designated as approved for a specific investigation
    • View recordings as requested, and as approved by the Security, Facilities and Executive Management.
    • All reported incidents shall be back up with the CD’s/DVD’s and saved for the preservation and future reference
    • All recording of review for investigations shall be coupled with CCTV Review Result
    • Provide recommendations to improve the facilities’ security
    • Other duties as assigned over time by Management in accordance with the position

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related course
    • Must have knowledge in trouble shooting
    • With good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Must have at least 5 years minimum overall work experience
    • Familiarity with common CCTV software, hardware and minor troubleshooting
    • Experience in CCTV Monitoring and Risk/Loss Prevention
    • Keen attention to details and ability to multitask
    • Knowledge in Excel and MS Word
    • Strong knowledge on safety rules and procedures
    • Can generate, create and send reports
    • Must be willing to work in flexible schedule
    • Must be willing to work in Makati, Manila
    • Can start ASAP

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift

    Supplemental Pay:

    • 13th month salary

    • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
