            Meal Hero is a start-up that offers B2b food services. We specialize in operating canteens and bulk meal delivery. Meal Hero is connected to Rossini Conrad Restaurant Inc. which has been operating Restaurants in the Philippines for over 10 years. Our commissary is located in Muntinlupa, with outlets in Pasay and Manila.

            The Role

            Meal Hero is looking for an experienced and dedicated restaurant supervisor for our new store in Pembo, Makati.

            In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and finances, and controlling the quality of products and services.

            To ensure success as a store supervisor, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills.

            Responsibilities

            • Overseeing salespeople, cashiers and cooks.
            • Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
            • Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
            • Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
            • Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
            • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
            • Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
            • Inspect food deliveries for quality and freshness
            • Ensure all food items are displayed and stored according to FDA standards
            • Greet and interact with customers, listens to and resolves customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.

            Requirements

            • Comfortable with verbal and written English
            • At least high school diploma
            • At least 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor
            • Basic knowledge of food handling and food safety is a big plus
            • Experience with handling money and maintaining sales records
            • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
            • Competent with computers and spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets)

            Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

            Salary: Php14,000.00 – Php21,000.00 per month
