  • As an Administrative Assistant in NextPay, you will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while working closely with multiple departments to manage the company’s general administrative needs. Ultimately, you will be contributing the overall success of our company administration.

    What you gotta do…

    • Directly report to the Senior Executive Assistant
    • Organize and maintain repository as assigned
    • Manage emails and calendar for the rest of the executives
    • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
    • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
    • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments
    • Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings
    • Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash
    • Prepare presentations according to instructions given
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Our ideal candidate has…

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

    Bonus points for…

    • Previous startup and/or fintech experience
    • Experience with MSMEs, being a business owner, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
