The position

As an integral member of the field sales management team, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
  • Overseeing the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics
  • Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory; reach the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Develop sales strategies and setting targets; and collect customer feedback and market research
  • Geographical scope: the role would be based in Manila, willing to be assigned to North/South GMA & Luzon.

Your Qualifications

  • A college degree preferably Science related
  • 3-5 years’ experience as Area Sales Manager
  • High performer and successful in the current role
  • Strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
  • Passion for to drive performance and coaching
  • Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowing the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the Diabetes disease area would be an additional advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage
  • Willing to be mobile
  • High business ethics mindset
