The Sales Admin Associate is responsible for processing sales orders and delivery requests from clients and ensures smooth processing from the warehouse to their respective delivery areas. Provides sales support by generating prospective leads, bidding, inquiries, and quotations related to bitumen and asphalt, as well as sales coordination and sales data management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any relevant course
2. Preferably at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales admin roles.
3. Proficient in using computer applications such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
4. Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a team.
7. Highly organized, good problem-solving skills, and keen on details
8. Amenable to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
