SG Philippines Branch Careers | Job Description

        • Collect and organize documentations required to support import-export compliance and audit of Lattice in Singapore, US, and other locations;
        • Provide status of import-export compliance through the use of spreadsheets and databases;
        • Review accuracy of import-export documentations and escalate issues as appropriate;
        • Coordinate requests with third-party warehouse provider, couriers and freight forwarders;
        • Respond to internal and external requests regarding classification of Lattice products and other commonly shipped items, review of shipping documents, and escalate issues as appropriate;
        • Assist in reviewing parties and transactions to ensure compliance with internal screening protocol
        • Provide assistance to immediate team members and other teams within Lattice as necessary; and
        • Perform other tasks as may be delegated by superiors

        Requirements:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration;
        • Candidates can either be a new graduate or with less than one year of experience;
        • With strong interpersonal skills, an high self-motivation;
        • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel; and
        • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Alabang City
