      • Administrative
        • Assist SSC Manila in all administrative functions related to office & facility management, procurement and inventory management.
        • Maintain and monitor office inventory for furniture, pantry and office supplies.
        • Ensure that the whole vicinity of the office are well maintained and sanitize. Monitors office maintenance tasks and cleaning activities.
        • Act as company’s petty cash custodian.
        • Sourcing for suppliers as company need arises. Preparation of purchase request and coordination with the accounting for the payment and terms.
        • Assist in company’s annual renewal for government permits and document such as Business Permit, Fire and Barangay Permit, and other related documents and compliances.
        • Assist in Hotel, Flight and Leisure bookings as need arises

        GDP & Quality

        • Support in administrative tasks related to GDP and Quality. Assisting in GDP Audit Report and documentation.
        • Other AdHoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

        Job Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any college degree
        • 1-2 years work experience related to this field
        • Knowledgeable in administrative duties such as encoding, recording, compiling and drafting written documents
        • Professional and excellent English communication both in verbal and in writing
        • Microsoft Office Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
        • Good Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Skills
        • Can work with diverse nationality and cultural background
        • Organized and keen to details
        • Proactive and ability to multitasks
        • Innovative and self-starter

        The applicant shall be willing to report on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
