PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are looking for a quick learner, with high attention to detail to support our digital commerce team. In this role you are completing a high volume of tasks that are critical to the success of our agencies clients. Ability to complete deliverables by agreed upon timeline, and communication on status and progress is crucial. While directions will be provided, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve is necessary. Desire to learn new skills, in a high demand space will be beneficial to success as well.

Responsibilities

  • General Microsoft Excel work & form completion
  • Resource and file organization
  • Order activities such as FBA order creation, inventory loading and demand planning
  • Report downloading and populating
  • Data scraping and aggregating (ie: review, item availability, buy box status, keywords)
  • Competitive analysis
  • Content monitoring and alerting
  • Image gallery management (renaming, resizing)
  • Invoice tracking and reporting
  • Chargeback management
  • Refund and return tracking
  • Case log management
  • Other miscellaneous ecommerce tasks

Compensation Package & Benefits

Your monthly salary inclusive of all entitlements will be (Base Pay: P30,000 – P40,000

Working Hours : Can work between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm (Manila timezone), Monday to Friday. Additional need for 1 hr conference / training call availability on Tuesday and Thursday at either 9pm or 5am Manila.
